GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The terms of the Distance Contract set out the rules for using the Latvaslini online store (hereinafter \u2014 the e-shop). The Terms apply when the Buyer purchases goods offered in the e-shop or otherwise uses the e-shop\u2019s services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seller is SIA \u201cLatvAS\u201d, reg. No. 51203064331, registered office: \u201cDo\u0146i\u201d, Ziru parish, Ventspils municipality, LV-3624 (hereinafter \u2014 the Seller).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buyer is a natural person residing within the territory of Latvia, at least 18 years of age, who shops in the e-shop (the purchased goods may be delivered only to an address within the territory of Latvia) (hereinafter \u2014 the Buyer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By registering or placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to shop in the e-shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon the Buyer placing an order for goods, these Terms become the terms of a Distance Contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter \u2014 the Terms), which constitute a legally binding document for both contracting parties; therefore, before you confirm the purchase, please read these Terms carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By ordering goods, the Buyer is deemed to have read the Terms and to fully agree with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the Terms; therefore, the Buyer must review the Terms on each shopping occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seller assumes no risks or liability if the Buyer has only partially read or has not read the Terms at all<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRICES OF GOODS AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prices of goods in the order created in the Latvaslini e-shop are indicated in euros and include taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goods are sold to the Buyer at the prices valid in the e-shop at the time the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to cancel a purchase if a pricing error for any product has been identified or if the product is no longer available. In such a case, the Seller will inform the Buyer, and the Buyer may place a new purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the product is no longer available in the configuration ordered by the Buyer, the Seller will refund the money within 30 (thirty) calendar days to the Buyer\u2019s account from which payment for the product was made, informing the Buyer at the email address provided that the order has been cancelled and the money refunded, indicating the e-shop order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the order is placed, an automatic confirmation with a pro forma invoice in PDF format will be sent to the email address you provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The payment must indicate the pro forma invoice number or the e-shop order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For sale\/clearance items, if payment is not made within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of ordering, the order will be cancelled. For other items, if payment is not made within 2 (two) calendar days from the order date, the order will be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buyer pays for the goods by prepayment. The Buyer may pay by bank transfer from their bank account, by bank payment cards, or via PayPal (when paying via PayPal you can pay with your debit or credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only after payment for the goods and delivery has been made will the order be fulfilled and the delivery time determined; the Buyer will be informed thereof at the email address indicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELIVERY OF GOODS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within Latvia, goods are delivered via parcel locker services. Delivery costs to parcel locker points are: VENIPAK parcel locker (S\u2013L size parcel; \u20ac2), DPD Paku Skapis (S\u2013L size parcel; \u20ac3), Omniva parcel locker (S\u2013L size parcel; \u20ac4) and Mans Pasts parcel locker (Latvijas Pasts) (S\u2013L size parcel; \u20ac4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within Lithuania and Estonia, goods are delivered via Omniva and VENIPAK parcel locker services. Delivery costs to parcel locker points are: VENIPAK parcel locker (S\u2013L size parcel; \u20ac5) and Omniva parcel locker (S\u2013L size parcel; \u20ac7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside the Baltic states, delivery is available by courier or to collection points in European countries and other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Latvia, delivery to the Buyer\u2019s chosen parcel locker point, counting from the moment of invoice payment, is: by VENIPAK parcel locker and DPD Paku Skapis within 2\u20133 business days; by Omniva parcel locker within 2\u20134 business days; by Mans Pasts parcel locker (Latvijas Pasts) within 3\u20134 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery to your selected parcel locker takes place within 1\u20134 business days after the shipment has been handed over to the parcel locker service. Responsibility for delivery and its timeliness lies with the parcel locker service provider \u2014 SIA \u201cVENIPAK LATVIJA\u201d, SIA \u201cOmniva\u201d, SIA \u201cDPD Latvija\u201d and VAS \u201cLatvijas Pasts\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the other Baltic states, delivery to the Buyer\u2019s selected parcel locker point, counting from the moment of invoice payment, is with VENIPAK and Omniva parcel lockers within 3\u20134 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In European countries and other countries, delivery to the Buyer\u2019s selected collection point or by courier takes place within 5\u20137 business days from the moment of invoice payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seller reserves the right to extend the delivery time if unforeseen circumstances arise, informing the Buyer thereof at the email address from which the order was received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the product is ordered in the online store on Friday and you make payment only on Friday afternoon or during the weekend, then on the next business day (Monday) the product will be prepared and handed over to the courier service after 15:00 for dispatch to the Buyer\u2019s chosen parcel locker address or by courier, according to the selected delivery option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery costs to parcel lockers may vary during promotional periods. Information about delivery costs during promotions can be found in the \u201cNEWS\u201d section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After receiving payment for the shipment of the goods, the Buyer will be informed by email to the address from which the order was received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RETURN OF GOODS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 \u201cRegulations on Distance Contracts\u201d provide that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and return the goods purchased in the e-shop to the seller. Section 12(6) of the PTAL provides that, when exercising the right of withdrawal in the case of a Distance Contract, \u201cthe consumer is responsible for the preservation of the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns are possible for linen clothing for women and children, and linen\/tulle skirts for girls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For other goods, returns are possible if the returned item is exchanged for another product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SIA \u201cLatvAS\u201d accepts an item for exchange if it is returned clean, unwrinkled, undamaged, and with all parts. To arrange the return of an item, please contact us by email, indicating the order number and date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may return the item referred to in point 2 by bringing it to our store \u201cLatvaslini\u201d, Pils iela 22, Ventspils, or by returning it to us via a parcel locker by sending it to any parcel locker in Ventspils (phone +371 20025054). Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Refunds are made within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the goods, and the transfer will be made to the account from which the order was paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may return the item referred to in point 3 for exchange for another product by bringing it to our store \u201cLatvaslini\u201d, Pils iela 22, Ventspils, or by returning it to us via a parcel locker by sending it to any parcel locker in Ventspils (phone +371 20025054). Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The characteristics of all goods sold in the e-shop are specified in the product description for each item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON PRODUCT CARE is provided in the \u201cCARE\u201d section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seller is not responsible if the goods in the e-shop do not correspond in colour, shape, or other parameters to the actual size, shape, and colour of the goods due to the peculiarities of the Buyer\u2019s computer monitor. This depends on the colour rendering of each device (smartphone or computer, etc.), screen brightness, and calibration. In the published product images, the colour may appear brighter or paler than when viewed in real life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
